Hi all this is in kentucky my wife and I live at an apartment complex and have noticed literal mounds of trash piling up around the garbage cans causing the entire complex to smell like literal hot garbage, we planned on moving when our lease was up but are considering if we should move sooner with how things are moving at this complex.
Our question is would we have legal grounds to have our fee for breaking the lease early or would this not be a valid reason?
