Im alone and my girlfriend broke up with me i don’t know what to do. I keep on having bad thoughts or thoughts of her but i don’t want to bother her. I’m not close to my family and live in my car currently it’s so hard to not do something stupid i’m so lost just please help me.

Well she probably broke up with you cause you live in your car, you don’t provide anything beneficial for her. Get your money up and he someone you would be proud of if your daughter introduced them to you.
Hardest part of any break up can be feeling like you’re worthless. One might have always looked in the mirror imagining her by their side, now the mirror feels like your enemy. It’s easy to fall for old addictive behaviors, slip yourself over to another girl in hopes of her filling that void, cause if that void isn’t filled soon, you can be afraid of seeking advice from any family or friends you feel you have left because you don’t want thar black hole feeling to suck the life out of them through dependencies, and so, you stay silent. In the end though, when you’re really alone, the best way to fill that feeling of emptiness is love. Not from someone else but for yourself. You might be a real piece of shit kind of a guy, and maybe that’s why she left you, or maybe the opposite and she just doesn’t know what you’re really worth, but whatever it is, you have this time to really dig deep within yourself and start a new chapter in your life, one where you can be proud of yourself. Fucking a it takes time but the truest things in life develop through time. Thoughts are with ya
sounds like tough advise but your gonna have to learn how to be ok with being by yourself man other opportunities will come up eventually but for know stay busy improve your situation stack your bread up keep up with hygiene and grooming go to the gym trust me you’ll be all right a relationship should add to your happiness in life not be the entire foundation
Take this time to find your worth. Sometimes people just want an excuse to do something stupid or run away. Sounds like she wanted to latter. Maybe scared of commitment? Or just one of those people that move around after the “fun” is up to them. If you truly didn’t do what she thinks you did I would say all of those are true to some degree. Keep your head up brother, you’re worth it in life. Right now is the hardest, it only gets better from here. Don’t dwell on the past, focus on the future. Past doesn’t matter nothing can change it, but you can build the road ahead.
