On April 11th, 2024 I received a traffic ticket for being in my phone (stupid, i know), the bike cop gave me a ticket to appear in court on, or before August 12th, 2024. When it came around to August I never received the courtesy notice and still went to court, the lady said the ticket isn’t in the system and there’s nothing I can do. I came back two times and they said the same thing. Called a month later and heard the same thing.
I’ve checked the mail every week and have looked up my case no. About once a month, it’s almost been a year and I’m nervous that I’m missing something. What’s the next step?
