Location: California, specifically Placer and Grass Valley counties.
This is concerning a 6½yo whose mother is only enrolling the child into a location that says they are tutors and home school support, and is not accredited. Child is not being home schooled, nor enrolled at a public/private school. Parents are split, never married, child support order but no custody agreement through courts.
The question is, is the set up mom is doing meeting legal requirements for schooling?

Enrollment in an “accredited” program is not required for homeschooling in any state. How do you know the mom is not homeschooling?
