Explorations in Extreme Bodily Flexibility and Self-Directed Rectal-Somatic Practice
Abstract:
This study investigates the underexamined capacities of human bodily flexibility and the ways in which self-directed engagement with one’s own corporeality can expand the limits of personal autonomy. Drawing on insights from somatic studies, physiology, and embodied cognition, the analysis considers practices that encourage novel orientations toward the self. Particular attention is given to maneuvers that challenge conventional boundaries of reach and control, offering a framework for radical rectal self-exploration using the lingual muscles. The discussion emphasizes the potential for individuals to cultivate profound experiential understanding through meticulous, intimate engagement with their own posterior region, suggesting pathways for advancing both self-knowledge and bodily acumen, engaging fully with maximally intense multimodal sensory experience.
