I’m sure if you kick them hard enough with superhuman force then it can literally just go through the body…
but no. It’s a phrase because of the feeling in your stomach when you do get kicked hard in the balls.
They can be pushed back into the stomach so Iām sure they could be kicked back as well.
I’m pretty sure a kick with enough force to do that.. would probably destroy the balls and explode on impact.
My balls hurt just writing this.
Not a doctor but pretty sure the only thing you can do by kicking them is damage them. But they can go up and normal when very very cold to keep the warmth and can be a problem if stuck there when not freezing to death.
They can retract up out of the scrotum and get stuck ‘inside’, i’ve seen it happen a couple of times playing rugby, not up to the stomach but it’s still incredibly painful
