Can I be sued for accidentally scratching my roommates car when leaving for work?

So to put it lightly, I THINK I scratched my ex best friends car. (I no longer speak to her for personal reasons)

See, the landlord only wanted 1 car in the driveway. Told us countless times. Yet, we had 4. Her car and her boyfriend’s car were trapping me in and I had to go to work.

I struggled to get out for some time until giving up and calling her boyfriend to let me out. We are not on good terms so I felt anxious talking to them.

I THINK I accidentally caused a small dent or minor scratch. I have no idea. This was like 2 months ago. I didn’t see any real damage when I finally got out of the driveway.

Well. Fast forward to now. This girl is being psycho and harassing me legally.

What I’m asking now tho, is she is claiming I did a “hit & run” to her car.

She won’t explain the damages. She just says I hit and ran her. Now, her front bumper is already messed up from HER hitting and running a car 2 summers ago. I was there. Idk if she’s going to try to blame me for that.

She might have a video of me struggling to get out of the driveway as her “evidence”

What do I do in this situation? Can she even do anything?

I don’t have insurance atm, and didnt at the time of the incident. I’ve been in a really rough spot and just lost my job and I’m homeless. So I can’t afford the insurance atm. I’m afraid of losing my license on top of everything else. Over something so minor and petty.

Please help.
