Basically there is a piece of evidence on the ring doorbell camera of my accuser that shows several things in direct conflict to the claims against me. Can I reach out to their lawyer to make sure that the video is saved form automatic deletion after 30 days? I don’t have a lawyer yet as this is just a hearing about protective order currently.

You should indeed feel free to contact their lawyer. Better to get your own, but yes.
Have proof available , such as certified mail receipts or copies of documents, photos , in case their lawyer denies you sent anything. Because you don’t have a lawyer.
The court should always be your direct POC between the individual that filed the order. Never reach out to a third party even if it’s their legal representation. If you need evidence, it is advisable to retain a lawyer who has the knowledge to request that.
Family law attorney, not your attorney, consult an attorney.
It will depend on the text of the order and the statute that creates those orders. Sometimes they have carveouts for attorney contact and sometimes they don’t. It’s very unlikely a court would consider it a violation of the restraining order if you contacted the attorney for the legitimate purpose of discussing the case. Don’t ask that attorney to pass on a message though.
