Location: Kansas. So me and my girlfriend have been living together since February in our current rental house. Things have recently gone down hill but that is beside the point. I want to know if I have any legal grounds to kick her out since she is in the lease. I can prove she has not been paying any rent, but I know I can’t kick her out if she is on the lease unless there are special circumstances. Do I have any ground here? Please help. I’m in Kansas, will be happy to provide and extra details in comments.

Not if she’s on the lease. The common solution here is what’s called cash for keys. Come up with a number that incentivizes her to move and put that in escrow. Once she’s fully out you can release the funds.
I’d see if the landlord would be willing to amend the lease in that situation to remove her name.
