Can “peer reviewed” abstracts/posters appear on Google Scholar?

r/

I have a couple abstracts on which I’m a named author. The conference has a double blind selection process where they review each submission. Authors can’t respond to reviewer comments but the process is peer reviewed.

Within my lab’s niche field this is a pretty well known conference. Is there a way I can get my accepted abstracts to appear on google scholar?

Google scholar doesn’t care if something is peer-reviewed or not. they index everything that looks like a scientific article. I don’t know how long your abstract is and if it counts as an article, and if and where it is published somewhere.

Ps: pro tip: if your upload your CV chances are that your references are counted as citations.

Pps: pro pro tip: there are less relaxed metrics auch as scopus or web of science.

When the conference has taken place you can add it to Google Scholar as you are obviously unblinded at that stage. It might automatically be “published” under conference proceedings anyway.
