The American Red Cross stores your blood type but not your DNA.
If blood type was relevant evidence to the crime you were charged with they could subpoena the Red Cross for that information and the Red Cross would likely give it over to them.
It is really, really unlikely that would happen as there are few situations where blood type alone would be useful and better ways to get blood type than that.
The Red Cross does not test donated blood for DNA.
