Long story short, I’m almost 99% sure I’m going to have to be a power of attorney for my fiancé here soon due to certain circumstances. I finally reconnected with a friend of ours who disappeared for a while, turns out he’s in prison as well. I updated him on everything and as we were talking he mentioned how there’s some things he needs to get taken care of but his ex is giving him hell. She’s not willing to talk to him about said things, or really at all. He asked me if I’d be willing to be his POA and help him out with what he’s needing and I’m more than willing to but that leaves me wondering, can I be a power of attorney to more than one person?? No judgment please, already going through a lot right now.
