A fraternity sent me a cease and desist letter. I spoke out about how I thought they mishandled a sexual misconduct investigation and they basically said I have a week to delete my posts. I can’t afford a lawyer. Do I have to respond? I don’t want to be bullied into taking them down.

You can wipe your ass with that letter. Don’t trip unless you actually get served with a lawsuit and then you can look into getting a lawyer
