I never thought I would be the one who puts somebody in child supports! I’ve always said if it’s 50-50 there would be no such thing!! My husband and I this week had a fight on Wednesday and it got escalated ! While I was trying to help him get his cdl he’s been planning to flee the Florida without my knowledge ( I feel so dumb) 2 months ago he was trying to move to New York or Connecticut to take it because he’s “cousin/ friends “ told him too without no money! No job and no place to stay over there ! Mine I was 4 months pregnant and now I’m 6 months and he’s planning to flee leaving me all the bills ( apartment , some tax that needs to be paid ) all to myself ! Mind you the child was planned !!! I told him we will get the court to handle and he’s saying I’m trying to bring him in jail!!! I don’t see myself leaving him alone with my child ever due to all the things he said and feel like through the state will be the best option ( in dat case child support and if he gets visitation! He needs to have somebody there at all time !
Please give me all the advise you possibly can on how to move forward
