Confront him or not?

TL; DR; : He didn’t show up coz I told him I’m on my period

I’ve ’40 F’ been texting and sexting this guy ’43 M’ for 2 months now. He wanted to meet me today at my place at 1:30pm. However, last night I got my period. This morning when we were texting, i casually mentioned it to him. He responded in a casual manner stating that it’s a normal, monthly thingy. But now, there’s no message from him about him coming home. He hasn’t showed up and no information either.
Do i confront him? Or do I ignore it?
