Consistent meals beat out following hunger cues

r/

Hunger cues are overrated! As much as I have tried to get into intuitive eating, it’s never worked out well for me.

Our bodies thrive on routine and predictability – I’ve found myself feeling much healthier by incorporating meals into my schedule & meal prepping so I can be pretty consistent from day to day and don’t keep my body on its toes

Could your opinion be anymore popular? No one likes to be hungry

intuitive eating is not true. Your body is never needing candy and junk food. You should not “honor” those cravings
