    I had the same this week! How long has it been? DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND DONT SKIP MEALS. If longer than 3 days get some laxatives from your doctor.

    Prune juice is good for constipation. There are stool softeners at the drug store that work pretty well. If it’s reeeeeally bad, drink some magnesium citrate. You will poop the devil after that.

    You can do MiraLAX 2x/day according to my doctor. Crank up your fiber intake. Typical intake should be around 38g/day for men and 25g/day for women.

    • A can of garbanzo beans/chickpeas has 14g of fiber per can (4g per serving, 3.5 servings per can)
    • A can of cannellini beans or black beans has approximately 21g of fiber (6g per serving, 3.5 servings per can).
    • Raspberries and blackberries each have 8g of fiber per cup.
    • FiberOne has small brownies that each have 6g of fiber.
    • Raisin Bran cereal has 7g of fiber per cup.
    • MiraLAX makes fiber gummies that have 8g of fiber per serving.
