I sell items online. A couple of my listings were removed due to infringement. The photos are mine. I have proof of this. I did however, include screenshots of a description that were not from the actual brand that is claiming infringement. It’s just a description of the item. No photos included. Are these considered infringement? I just want to make sure before I fight this. Thank you!
