Crazy sex talking boss

r/

I work at a large non profit company. My team has six employees and a boss who just talks about sex in our weekly meetings.
Our boss lets us all know that she “enjoys anal” hates “balls but loves a good penis” “gives good head” once after hours, my boss told my female co worker “I can go down on you better than any man could” and a co worker told me “she says my tits look succulent” my boss also refuses to help anyone do their jobs. I’m in year 3 and still don’t know how to do my job correctly. I ask my boss constantly to help me and she gets irritated.

Anyways, I made an anonymous complaint to HR, and they forwarded it to ADP. ADP did an investigation and told HR what punishment should be given to my boss.

The CEO of the company was very angry. She also happens to be good friends with my boss. The CEO had a meeting with us. She had the anonymous complaints in her hands. She told us we couldn’t be trusted, we’d go from salary to hourly wages and that we’d have new company policies. She also said we’d confront our boss in a meeting and tell her everything we think of her.

I called ADP back and requested another investigation. They assured me that we’re being retaliated against by the ceo. I’ve also contacted the EEOC and am waiting to have my meeting with them. Is there anything else I can do? I fear that I’m going to be fired before the ceo is pressured to take action against my boss. If I do get fired, do I have a keg to stand on. I also reported my boss a year ago and it was all swept under the rug by the ceo. She told everyone “it was a jealous employee that couldn’t go out to lunch with us.” It’s a very strange place to work

    I would get a lawyer.

Based on your description, you have a leg to stand on. Contact an employment attorney, they specialize in this exact thing. They will be able to help you with the eeoc complaint (which is required before you can sue) and any potential lawsuit if needed. The Iowa State Bar Association will have a directory and might be a good place to start.

Documentation is key. You actually want to get fired at this point so you have a case that an attorney will take on a contingency basis. I’m not an attorney but perhaps you could get an actual consult.

During a keg stand, you don’t actually stand on the keg… I know. It is so confusing.
