I received a summons to appearance of Court for my credit card debt. I miss Court but I did receive documentation in the mail asking me to fill out the amount of my bills and things of that matter. Is this something I really need to be worried about and what steps should I take? Do I need to get a lawyer or should I contact the credit card company? I’m a little nervous and not sure what to do anyone have any insight on? What’s the best step I’m not sure if they’re gonna try to garnish my wages. The balance is just over $4000 and just wanted to see if anyone had any insight.
