Does anyone else have periods in there life where your brain can’t visually process or fill in gaps properly? (31 Male) I have autism and OCD and after taking Prozac for a few months (10mg) I noticed that I can’t ever properly guess what’s in my peripheral or even when I look directly at something. For a split second I’ll see objects as foreign or a looming character or something or the other. Not sure how to describe it. From time to time Depersonalization and Derealization episodes occur but I can snap out of them if I stay busy.
I stopped taking the Prozac right at the activation timeline. I took it from January-March. It was just way too much serotonin dumping in my brain…

Does visual processing disorder get worse with age? Can Prozac really effect my processing and cognition that much at such a low dose?

yeah kinda… it’s def not the same as i’m not on anything but there was a period in time where i think derealization made me think i needed new glasses cause i couldn’t make out any detail like 75% of the time… went to the doctor and my prescription essentially didn’t change 🙃
