It’s already been a few days where I’ve woken up with random bruises all over me; arms, legs, back… I’m wondering if this is a sleeping issue (im literally hitting myself in my sleep) or it’s something else 😭😭

If you are participating in pastimes that involve hitting and/or some element of violence, its not uncommon for bruises to appear over night or after a day or so.
Take it down a notch. Or, don’t.

This happens to me frequently…to be fair though I’ll hit myself during the day and tell myself “remember I hit this area” so that days later when I see a bruise I’ll remember how I got it but I never do
