DAE do reverse reversed psychology?

Does anybody do reverse reversed psychology? It’s like reversed psychology but white an extra layer of reversed. 

Like if you were a psychopath. And you know people think that psychopaths wouldn’t want to reveal themselves, and often portray themselves as the opposite. You show your psychopathic traits, cause people don’t think a psychopath would do that. 

It’s like people are often the opposite then what they portray themselves as. So you are the opposite of what you portray yourself as (which were the opposite of what you were).

(This technic is not only about ones own personality.)
