I was on nights doing 7-7 and absolutely loved it. I am a bodybuilder and would prep around 10 pounds of chicken, beef, tuna and have my rice cooker on and filled. I’d have a breakfast, then 4 of my meals would be 10 oz of meat and 100-200 g of rice, then 10 oz of chicken or whey isolate with peanutbutter before bed. I was able to wake up and workout prior to work and be set for the night.
I briefly switched to days and was constantly tired. Falling asleep in my car at work, grump, did not want to be surrounded by people and my physique declined.
My nights off nights look identical to my nights on.
Many of my coworkers switch to day and i just cannot do it.
Are some people wired like I am to be more functional at night and sleep great during the day? I wonder if it dates back to cavemen times or nightwatch where someone would stay up to watch the village as the others slept.
