Where I live, there is actually a law that going slower than the speed of traffic is a ticketable offense
That means that if the speed limit is 65, and everyone is going 80 and you’re going 60….. You’re getting the ticket depending on the lane you’re in
They added that law fairly recently and it’s not to stop the rampant speeding in my city ….. Obviously they don’t care
It’s specifically for people on their phones. I drive a delivery vehicle for a living, and DAILY I see people cruising on the freeway at 45mph with their phone propped up on the steering wheel just texting away, or watching a video. It’s terrifying
So no, I don’t see them in my rear view mirror because where I live they’re in front of me going 20mph under the speed limit and weaving into the lanes next to them

No. I continue to slow down until that driver passes me. I also do the with the inevitable dullards that drive on my rear bumper.
