My neighbour sold me his Dad’s estate. A small house for $200K.

He illegally repaired the septic and well.

He attached a pipe at the end of the septic tank to carry the gray water above ground into his fields.

His son is pretty well known in this area since he played in the NHL, so I’ve created a google maps location for his pond, Dave’s McPooh Lagoon.
