I’m currently suing my mom pro se for stealing from me. I finally was able to track her down and have her served this week.
She was also evicted on the same day and is now homeless. Am I responsible for informing the court that her address is no longer the same? Is there a chance that they will make me amend my original complaint and attempt service again?
I’m worried because I have no idea where she’s staying now. There’s also no way that she’ll accept service again. It was already very difficult to get the papers to her the first time 😔😔
