I don’t think targeted fat burning is a thing.
If you’re looking for filling meals that are relatively low calorie, this YouTube channel is pretty good for vegetarian/ vegan type meals. I’m not either of those but I’m ok with skipping meat for a few days.

Calories in < calories out and you will lose weight. There is no magic weight loss food. Eat less and actually track it and you will lose weight over time.
Brother eating certain food to burn belly fat is not a thing. Eat some good whole food plant based proteins and eat less calories than you burn and you’ll lose fat.

Look at the glycemic index diet. Glycemicindex.com has some books. It’s sort of a no starch diet but rather than using vague hand waving about what to avoid, it’s based on a food’s glycemic index, where lower, below 50, is better. As always, losing fat comes down to consuming fewer calories, but the glycemic index diet makes it easier.
Go all meat and you will shed pounds. Meat satisfies quicker and longer.
