Do I have a case for negligence against ambulance?

Context: I recently had severe abdominal pain and had to call an ambulance, never done that before but I was in more pain than ive ever felt causing me to throw up/pass out. They arrived and had three guys check me out, one felt my abdomen and said it seemed harder than the other side. I explained how my ride would be an hour away so I wanted them to get me to the hospital ASAP. They said that I should just wait because “it will just be an expensive Uber ride” seeing as they decided my life wasn’t in danger on the spot. I asked for water since I wanted to pass out just standing straight up, and they said “nah” and watched me stumble back inside. Obviously im in the US, so the bill is a thing they warn you about. BUT I have full medical insurance and the bill would be their problem, as I had an emergency and needed an ambulance. Luckily after passing out in the car and having my gf and mom rush to my side, I got to the hospital. Turns out I had a kidney stone that required me to be there for a few hours for medical attention. How can these people three people who showed up to the scene know it wasn’t something more serious?

I was thinking my appendix ruptured. They essentially blew me off. I live in a bad neighborhood so I think that had something to do with it. I have full medical coverage until I am 26, how come I was prevented from using it?

No, you don’t have a case here. There are no damages caused by them and you can’t successfully sue for “x might have happened.”

The paramedics appear to have been right. Your condition didn’t indicate transport. And your insurance likely would have denied the claim.

I hear neither negligence nor loss to recover.
