Do I still have to declare more than €10k if I’m traveling between Schengen states, by plane, and am a Schengen citizen ?

Plane, car, bike, boat, walking doesn’t matter.

What matters is the rules of the individual countries.

If traveling to Denmark, yes, you must declare.

Schengen is irrelevant, that only concerns border checks. Customs rules depend on whether you’re crossing the EU border or not. You need to declare cash about 10k euros when entering or leaving the EU. No declaration is generally needed for travel within the EU.

    No.

You must declare cash of €10,000 or more:

    • When entering the EU from a non-EU country
    • When leaving the EU to a non-EU country

This rule is set by EU Regulation 2018/1672.
