Do I write my charge on the count 1 line or the count 2 line?

I am filling out a petition to seal records and was only charged with one thing however on the paperwork it was written as “count 2…” so do I leave the count 1 line blank and put my only charge on the count 2 line or do I write it on the count 1 line because I ended up with only 1 charge aka 1 count? On the paperwork I was arrested with another person and his charge was on count 1 line, my petition to seal has nothing at all to do with him. Also I plead guilty to my charge so I was charged with a lighter crime, in that spot they had the higher crime as count 1 and the lighter one as count 2…. making everywhere on the court paperwork had my final charge written down as count2, so where do I write it on the petition? The count 1 line cuz it’s only 1 charge or the count 2 line to follow the old court paperwork? Location: Arizona, USA
