Urgent answer needed! I have a guy coming over in a weekish and I’m wondering if I should shave or just have it neatly cut.
UPDATE: Okay so I’ve concluded that I should have it a neatly cut triangle for something fancy.
Another edit: This is for the ladies, do I use nair, wax strips or the plain old razor. I’m a little scared to full on shave around the lips, prone to cutting the actual thing. Tips would be helpful!

Hairy, as in wild and bushy, I would consider a fetisch. Most men like it trimmed or clean shaven. Just like most women like men trimmed (or clean shaven?). Never met a woman who appreciated a man going all bush crazy down there.
Honestly it hardly makes a difference. My girlfriend always apologizes when she hasn’t shaved and I always say the only difference is I have to spit out some hair along the way. And if she apologizes for not shaving her legs I just say it’s ok I didn’t either.

Based on my 40 some years as a woman and the experience that has come with that (I’m far from a saint) just go with a little from column a and a little from column b. Something like a landing strip or go fun with it and make your hair into a pattern, etc. Or you can just ask the man in question what he prefers. But really, it comes down to what YOU prefer. I’ve never had a man throw me out of bed over pubic hair, and mine has been all over the place from Chewbacca on a bad hair day to so bald it makes Dwayne Johnson look hairy.
If you don’t know his preference, neatly cut is a good choice. I like it shaved, but not every men are the same and I’ve never heard of a man who doesn’t like it with the lenght of the hair reduced.
