I enjoy watching British TV, they cast normal everyday looking people, where every American show on Netflix seems to only hire actors that meets a certain beauty standard. That is the same for musicians on the pop charts.
What happens to those that aspire to be great musicians or actors that dont meet the standard? Do they even have a chance?
