I would have your blood sugar checked out. I’m Hypoglycemic and before I got my blood sugar under control I was constantly hungry to the point where it was exhausting.
There are probably plenty of possibilities. People will likely start commenting that it’s all in your head and it’s about self control, but just make sure you consider health/hormonal issues and try and eliminate those as possibilities as well.
Yes, and I *must* eat something or I will never get back to sleep. It is actual stomach rumbling hunger, not low blood sugar (I know for a fact b/c I’m TD1 with a sensor). I keep a box of crackers by my bed for this purpose.

I do sometimes but I find if I drink some water the hunger pangs go away. Sometimes you may just be thirsty and not hungry.

try eating cottage cheese if you aren’t lactose intolerant. It’s a slow digesting protein and will help to keep your appetite suppressed.
