Depending on who you ask, non-biodegradable caskets and embalming were already polluting, so no, I don’t think that the microplastics are really making the situation any worse.

  3. muppetpins Avatar

No but I bet you can bring a body to a bottle return center and get 5 cents

  4. C_Beeftank Avatar

Probably more recycling. Returned to the earth so future generations can consume it

  5. ChadLar95 Avatar

Probably, just toss it in the blue bin, doing your fair share

Wait, how did plastics get in my micropenis?

  7. Penis_Bees Avatar

Ashes to ashes, micro plastic to micro plastic

Yes, so when I die, I want to be thrown in the trash.

Well, if burying a body is now considered littering, I guess we should all start carrying around biodegradable bags for our friends’ remains! Talk about a grave situation!

Let me put it this way. If you are caught by the authorities burying a human body outside of an approved burial plot, littering will be the least of your problems.

depending how old you are and what drugs you took before dying – your body is most likely toxic waste, e.g. cancer patients who received a chemo

I think embalming fluids in a heavy non degradable casket and cremating using more energy and waste is still more than natural decomposition would ever expel into the earth. Putting an untouched body even if it’s full of toxins is still less harmful than most alternatives

Seeing as it’s less than 0.000001% of body mass, no.

  14. Pavillian Avatar

    Is entropy littering

  15. DJ_Clitoris Avatar

Even if we launched corpses into space it would be littering. Let’s just burn them all

  16. Empty_Occasion_963 Avatar

    All burials are a scam

  17. Perziety Avatar

I was trash anyway, it’s going to be littering no matter what.

  18. Acrobatic-Guard-7551 Avatar

Burying me would be littering because I am trash

Op it’s not too late to turn yourself in

  20. CySnark Avatar

So, would cremation be considered an illegal burn of hazardous materials?

  21. NoOneStranger_227 Avatar

    You mean hazardous waste removal.
