I’m someone who genuinely can’t stand eating breakfast super early in the morning. Like, I’m still trying to wake up and get myself together. Eating is the last thing on my mind. My stomach feels all weird and fuzzy, and forcing food down just doesn’t sit right. That’s why I’ve always felt like breakfast makes way more sense in the afternoon, once your body’s fully awake and ready to actually enjoy it.
