I’m a very habitual tea drinker, I can drink 5 to 6 cups in a whole day, sometimes more, sometimes I spike my matcha double at home. Even then, somehow, I feel totally fine afterwards. But if I’m drinking coffee, even a 6oz cup around medium to dark roast will make my hands shiver and shake for the next few hours, affecting my motor functions
And yet, they both contain caffeine, I understand green tea has a lot less, but wouldn’t it even itself out because I drink so much tea anyway?

Coffee has more caffeine and caffeine from different sources can have a variation of how effective it is.
Coffee is denser in caffeine than green tea so your body reacts differently. Make sure you drink a good amount of water too
Most tea strains contain L-theanine and other calming chemicals. Coffee also provides a more direct and faster pathway of caffeine release than tea, without those other benefits.
