Hello everybody. So recently my partner’s employer has been urging them to provide biological data for research purposes. My partner is understandably uncomfortable about giving their biological sample to the company. My question is, if this is even legal? The company is not outright forcing the employees to give a sample but they are HEAVILY suggesting it, to the point that upper management is demeaning employees who have not yet given a sample.
