i find myself feeling extremely drowsy and drained upon waking up. i’m lazy when i shouldn’t be and i’m blaming it on my lack of energy. i want to learn how to take better care of myself so i can be more productive as a uni student. i want to be the perpetually energetic undergrad who dashes from one class to the next and gets things done. i don’t want to be lazy and apathetic. any tips on how i can do this apart from sleeping enough/ eating well?
