I’ve had arguments with people I care about — usually my partner (mid-30s, male) and close friends (late 20s to early 30s, mixed genders) — that left me feeling misunderstood and stuck in the same cycle. Like no matter how much I tried to explain myself, we just went in circles, both feeling hurt and unheard.
What if an app could listen to both sides as they talk, then provide a clear, neutral summary of what was said, highlighting who made good points and where you agree or differ?
It’s not about picking a winner but helping both sides feel understood and break the cycle.
Would you actually try to use something like that in real life?
Thanks for your thoughts!
TL;DR: I’m exploring an app idea that listens to arguments between two people and provides a fair, neutral summary highlighting key points and agreements. It’s meant to help people feel understood, not pick winners. Would you use something like this?

Honestly, yeah, I’d try it. Sometimes you just need a neutral perspective to cut through the emotion and actually hear each other. Could save a lot of miscommunication.
Whipping out a phone in the middle of an argument will not go down well.
This is what marital therapy is for. Or google.
This is absolutely genius.
