Ex won’t return my property

Location: Kentucky

While I was dating someone I offered to let them borrow my Switch. We broke up but they live an hour away. We were on decent terms so I didn’t stress about it but then I got $330 charged to my debit card on my Nintendo account. I contacted them and they said they didn’t have the Switch or know where it was. I called Nintendo to refund everything and block the account, canceled my debit card, and went to my bank to dispute the transactions and get a new card. The money was returned to my account. My ex eventually text me to say they now have the Switch but refused to tell me who had it or made the transactions. We agreed to meet last Friday. She told me the location but then text me that we’re not meeting at that location. I sent a new location and said to meet there. She never confirmed it but I was under the impression we we’re still meeting since she only said we’re not meeting at that specific location, not that we weren’t meeting at all. I drove an hour to get it and informed her of when I was going to leave, when I left, and when I arrived so we I could retrieve my Switch and return the blanket she had left with me. She never responded. I let her know that I would give her an hour to respond before I went to the police(at the time I didnt know it was a civil matter.) I went to the police and they offered to call her and ask her to return it which they did. Her sister answered and said she would relay the message.

A few days later she text me some long texts essentially saying that she is very busy and can only meet at a very specific time on one day of the week. Everything was completely on her terms or it wasn’t going to happen. Said she wouldn’t be threatened or pressured into meeting on my terms even though I offered to meet about 75% of the way there if she drove 25% of the way. I feel that I just need to suck it up and accept it and just go get my Switch to resolve this issue but I feel this is completely one sided and I’m being yanked around. Is there any recourse worth pursuing or should I just go and get it?
