F30 found out my trucker BD M31 is talking to other women

r/

As title says my BD, we have two young kids 4M & 2F, has been nice but also irritable. We have been together for about 15 years half my life! We are high school sweet hearts and of course broke up a few times along the way and that itself doesn’t come without its history.

We share an apartment together a car, one under my name & one we both have legal ownership of. We have two young kids & a Disney land trip planned for 5 days in July! I am so sad. I feel betrayed.

I suffer from depression and anxiety which I honestly feel like I could be not as bad if he helped more at home and with the kids. I feel overwhelmed and constantly tired and never caught up on anything. So I feel like he can step it up and go a little above and beyond for our kids.

Idk what I want here I am just truly heart broken.

I feel like due to our history he will never love me and feel like I owe him something.

call the girl And find out for myself like what is exactly going on.

Is that crazy?

Edit to add:
– we live together and raise our two kids in what I thought was a normal happy home

-we have great sex at least 3X a week or more depending on the kids.

  • we love each other or so I thought. We may be trauma bonded idk.

You’re not crazy at all you’re hurting, and it’s valid. Wanting clarity from the other woman doesn’t make you crazy; it makes you human. When trust is broken, your mind spins in a million directions trying to find the truth because lies leave too many blanks to fill in.

But before you make that call, ask yourself: what do you want to gain from it? Peace? The truth? Revenge? Just…be honest with yourself. Because sometimes the answers we chase don’t heal us they just reopen the wound.

You’re not just a partner in this. You’re a mom who’s been carrying so much emotionally, mentally, physically. You deserve more than breadcrumbs of affection. You deserve help, love, effort.

And maybe deep down, you already know what’s going on. Maybe this is the moment you realize that love isn’t supposed to feel like this confusing, one-sided, exhausting.

Whatever you decide, don’t let anyone make you feel like your pain is too much. You’re not too much. You’re a woman who’s been loving hard for 15 years and just wants someone to love her back the same way. 💔

We’re all rooting for your healing.

You should do whatever is best for you and your children, only you can really know what that is. Men can be… Duplicitous. You likely won’t get a straight answer from him, but it’s really the only way to address core issues. Maybe broach the idea of couple’s counselling?

You call him your BD, not BF or partner..
