Got a messed up situation and don’t know what to do my father recently passed away last month he told me he had a will written down and taken care of problem is he never let me know where or how to find that information and his wife is withholding the will and information I know for a fact there is things left to me in that will because my dad told me himself but I can’t get access I tried looking in the public records If something was filed but I don’t know if it wasn’t filed right or if I wasn’t searching it up right it’s been over a month since my dad’s passing and she still hasn’t produced the will what can I do?
