Male here. I worked with females on previous agencies and at my current. Most female cops are great, just like the men. There’s shitty cops that are men and females. I don’t personally have any issues with female cops. One thing I noticed is the male suspects really drive in the insults and what not on the women, so be aware of that.
Also any time recruiting division is going to do promotional photos or videos you will definitely be in them.
