Final year biomedical science, what can I do with 2:2

Hi, so as the title says, I’m currently nearing the end of my biomedical course.
With my academic calculator it shows that’s I’m on the route for a 2:2, which is not great.
I was expecting higher and I thought I gave it my best, so I am disappointed in myself.

Originally, I wanted to go complete masters and get into clinical genetics/research , but given how competitive the field is, I feel a 2:2 would not stand a chance. Not sure how to go about this, I could use some advice.
