Can be -2c outside and ill still smell. Just socks indoors without going out, mid way through the day and they smell

I could have the longest deepest shower and still within half hour of having shoes on bam..

I should add im a hot guy… also im a hot guy! Use air con 99% of the year, had to get some perspiguard because I sweat like a mofo and that is the only thing I found that works.

Any tips?

Have you tried a pedicure or a podiatrist to give the dead skin cells a good scraping off?

Speak to a doctor. There may be an underlying medical condition that is causing this.

I’m a hot guy too. My feet have reeked since I was a kid i remember being 8 and taking my shoes off in the car and everyone gets mad. Try the powders for odor that you dump in your shoe before wearing em. It’s really effective

If it’s always been this way, I don’t think that’s anything to worry about! Have you tried sure whole body deodorant?

You could try full body deodorant with multiple applications, using wet wipes and drying in between.

Another option would be baby powder in your shoes.

You could also regularly disinfectant your shoes if you think.

Wear white socks instead of black or colored ones. Change them frequently. Find shoes that “breathe” more. Loosen your laces. The smell comes from bacteria feeding off the sweat and dead skin, so you need to minimize the sweat and dead skin. Have more than one pair of shoes so then one can fully dry out while you’re wearing the other pair.

Go on Amazon and search “Peeling Foot Mask”. What you get is a set of plastic bag booties, that are pre-filled with a chemical peel. The instructions usually call for wearing them for 90 minutes. I set the timer for two hours. After you remove them, make sure to rinse thoroughly. After that, soak your feet every day until they start to peel. Some people peel more than others, my feet never fully peel, but the callus layer is reduced. Once I started doing this regularly, I had no foot odor whatsoever, and my feet were much softer and nicer.

Wear fresh cotton socks, never synthetic. Same with shoes. No synthetics. Teva sandals or something similar would be ideal. Let your feet breathe.

There probably better foot powders out there but I use gold bond. Makes your feet feel cool when it gets wet/ sweaty. Keep your feet dry, change socks often, keep them dusted with powder.

Talk to your doctor about getting botox i believe these injections can help reduce perspiration.

Put bi carb in your shoes. It absorbs moisture. Obviously, moisture is your issue. Put shoes on a sunny windowsill for a little while to help dry them out…get ‘shoe washing bag” if you feel that they need washing…Always wear socks. There are “foot deodorants” that you can buy at the supermarket. Great advice to see a podiatrist, but I think that your issue is excessive sweating. There are medical treatments for excessive sweating of your underarms..I wonder if there’s something for feet? Ask your doctor when you visit next time.

Doctor told my son to stop wearing socks to bed, go barefoot in the house. Keep feet as dry as possible. Use foot powder/baby powder in socks when wearing shoes. Bacteria, which cause the odor, can’t grow without moisture.

Besides all the good advice here, get checked out by a doctor for a possible fungal infection. They can last for years and can be treated with antifungal medication.

Old wives trick that worked when i was a kid and OMG, you couldn’t go into the room with me… 1. throw your shoes out. 2. every night soak your feet in tea.. Yes Tea, grab a box of lipton tea, throw them into a bowl of warm water, let it seep and then soak your feet for 15-20 minutes: from google

For most tea foot soaks, 15-20 minutes is a good duration. This allows your skin to absorb the benefits without over-softening or causing wrinkling. For example, a chamomile tea soak can be done for 15-20 minutes to leave feet feeling satiny and smooth, according to http://www.pattrx.com. Black tea soaks, often used to combat foot odor, are also recommended for around 30 minutes, says Academy Foot & Ankle Specialists. If you’re using a foot soak for the first time, it’s best to start with a shorter duration and gradually increase it as you become more

Consider your diet as well – write down what you eat every day and talk to a nutritionist as well. Your body is telling you something.
