So it’s pretty simple. My wife is born in the states but her parents are from Africa. They moved in the 80s and had kids in the 90s. But they didn’t become citizens until somewhat recently. There may have even been a period of being here illegally before being granted citizenship.
With birthright citizenship coming to an end, is ICE going to come for my wife and her family? If so how do I prepare? What things do I need to have in order in case that happens?
