I recently had a rough breakup and I told her to get all her stuff out of my house in March (I have proof just in case) I then gave her about 33 days to come get it and she got some of it but left a bunch yet she still wanted it. I then got rid of most of stuff for free and theres still some important things my question is can I write cheater n Liar on the things she finally decided to try and come get 3 or 4 months later after I told her I was getting rid of it?

If you damage her property, she may have a case to sue you for the replacement or repair of said property.
