long story short, i was at a 4-way, as i was entering the intersection i got hit by someone who blew the stop sign. thankfully there was a dash cam and the other driver got ticketed. i got lawyers, we settled a little bit under a year later after the accident. i signed a paper that i wouldn’t be able to sue regarding this case and i think it was the same for them. now the driver is trying to sue me for negligence for causing the crash. i have already contacted my lawyers who represented me but im having major anxiety about this. (im just a person who worries and is scared a lot.)
