So I tried so hard to plan this holiday around my period but it can be slightly irregular so now I’m scheduled to get it right in the middle of our holiday. I really don’t want to be in pain and bloated and having period shits and unable to have sex without it being a mess and feeling emotional and tired. I thought about period delay tablets but I’m nervous about messing with my hormones, I’m scared it would make me feel worse emotionally and I’ve heard very mixed things from people who have taken them.
Does anyone have some more natural remedies to delaying my period or any tips to reduce pain, bloating, flow, emotional symptoms, fatigue etc? I have 4 weeks until we go so I can start implementing supplements etc if they take longer to produce effects.

I just want to throw menstrual discs out as an option if you want sex while you’re on your period and want to avoid the mess.
Hope you get some good answers on the supplements.
For what it’s worth I have absolutely no side effects when I take the norethindrone acetate pills. And it works like a charm. Other than when I take those I’m not on any other hormones and they still don’t have any negative side effects for me.
